* Until 700 PM CDT.
* At 626 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Whitharral, or 9 miles north of Levelland, moving
east at 35 mph. This storm has a history of producing large
tornadoes and hail to the size of softballs.
HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

located near Whitharral, or 7 miles north of Levelland, moving
southeast at 25 mph. A tornado was reported four miles north of
Levelland at 635 PM.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
