The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Johnson County in north central Texas...
  Southeastern Parker County in north central Texas...
  Southwestern Tarrant County in north central Texas...
  Northeastern Hood County in north central Texas...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 1110 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Annetta, or 10 miles south of Weatherford,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Benbrook Lake, Godley, Annetta South, Cresson, Tin Top, Western
  Lake, Benbrook, Joshua, Burleson, Lake Granbury, and Fort Worth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
protect yourself from flying debris.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN JOHNSON...SOUTHEASTERN
PARKER...SOUTHWESTERN TARRANT AND NORTHEASTERN HOOD COUNTIES IS
CANCELLED...

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  However
gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
north central Texas.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for 
Parker, Ellis, Hood, and Tarrant counties until 12:00 AM.
