...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM MDT /1215 AM CDT/ THIS 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following 
  counties, Chase and Hayes.

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM MDT /1215 AM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 609 PM MDT /709 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Imperial, Wauneta, Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area,
    Enders, Champion, Church Grove Campground, Center Dam
    Campground, Area A Campground and Wanamaker State Wildfire
    Management Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
