...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM MDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following 
  county, Perkins.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become 
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1012 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Grant, Venango, Wild Horse Spring and Brandon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
