counties, Keith, Lincoln and Perkins.
* WHEN...Until 245 AM MDT /345 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1135 PM MDT /1235 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

North Platte, Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Sutherland
Reservoir State Recreation Area, Sarben, Lake Maloney State
Recreation Area, North Platte Airport, OFallons, Coker,
Birdwood, Nevens and Broganville.
