...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast 
  Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central 
  Oklahoma, Cherokee, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, 
  Creek, Mayes, Okmulgee and Wagoner. In southeast Oklahoma, 
  McIntosh.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 528 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 AM CDT this morning for 
portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, 
including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, 
Cherokee, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Creek, 
Mayes, Okmulgee and Wagoner. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
