...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, 
  Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and southeast Oklahoma, including 
  the following counties, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pittsburg and 
  Pushmataha.

* WHEN...Until 1115 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 807 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1115 AM CDT this morning for 
portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, 
Franklin and Sebastian and southeast Oklahoma, including the 
following counties, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pittsburg and 
Pushmataha.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
