* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including 
  the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Cherokee. In 
  northeast Oklahoma, Adair, Delaware, Mayes and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Until 530 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 216 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 528 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Estimates up to 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
