* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Bradley County in east Tennessee...
  Southeastern Hamilton County in east Tennessee...

* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 510 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This  will cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chattanooga, Cleveland, Ridgeside, South Cleveland, Harrison,
    Wildwood Lake, East Cleveland, Collegedale, McDonald and
    Ooltewah.
