...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM MDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Urban roads and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central El Paso County in western Texas...
* WHEN...Until 230 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban streets and neighborhoods is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1232 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Far East El Paso, Sparks, Horizon City, and Agua Dulce.
