...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM MDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Urban area and arroyo flooding caused by excessive rainfall
is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern El Paso County in western Texas...
* WHEN...Until 315 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 110 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Northeast, Central, and East El Paso, Fort Bliss, Biggs Field,
Mission Valley, Fort Bliss Northeast and Franklin Mountains State
Park.
