* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 451 PM MDT, the public reported flooding along the Rio Hondo,
with water at or overtopping the banks of the river. Rising river
levels will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
- Minor flooding is occurring along the banks of the Rio Hondo,
from Hondo to the Lincoln County border.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tinnie, Hondo, San Patricio and Sunset.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
