...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM MDT WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Arroyo flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Far southeastern El Paso County in western Texas...
* WHEN...Until 115 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1139 PM MDT, A thunderstorm producing torrential rainfall
rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour has produced just under an inch
of rain just northeast of Tornillo. Runoff will inundate arroyos
flowing towards Tornillo over the next hour, and may result in
minor flooding on local roads.
