  West Central Cameron County in deep south Texas...

* Until 1245 AM CDT.

* At 942 PM CDT, Emergency management reported multiple high-profile 
  water rescues ongoing with flooded frontage roads from Santa Rosa 
  to Combes and northern Harlingen. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Western to Northwestern 
  Cameron County. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK 
  HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.
