* Until 100 AM CDT.
* At 948 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported multiple water
rescues ongoing in multiple areas across southeastern Hidalgo
County. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Southeastern Hidalgo County.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
