* At 1047 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported numerous water
rescues ongoing across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Northern Lancaster County.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
