* WHERE...Cimarron River near Buffalo.
* WHEN...From this morning to early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Some inundation of low-lying areas may
occur near the river. Areas affected extend from near the
Oklahoma-Kansas state line... downstream to near Freedom.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 5.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
of 8.0 feet Sunday morning.
- Action stage is 8.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

northeastern Blaine County... and near the State Highway 51 bridge
crossing in Kingfisher County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 4.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
of 9.0 feet tomorrow evening.
- Action stage is 9.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Some shallow flooding of rural areas near
the river extends from near Orienta in Major County... downstream
to areas along the Cimarron River in extreme northeastern Blaine
County... and near the State Highway 51 bridge crossing in
Kingfisher County. Farmlands... oilfields... and local roads may
be affected by the floodwaters.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 5.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 9.8 feet early Sunday
afternoon.

fall again and remain below flood stage.
