  occur near the river. Areas affected extend from near the 
  Oklahoma-Kansas state line... downstream to near Freedom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 5.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
    of 8.0 feet Sunday morning.
  - Action stage is 8.0 feet.
