* WHEN...From early this morning to early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, River levels remain mostly below banks...
   in Logan and Payne counties. Some low-lying fields and oil wells 
  may be isolated... and cattle stranded... by water in cutoff 
  channels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
    of 17.0 feet tomorrow morning.
  - Action stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
