* WHERE...Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Residences in southwest Guthrie may be
flooded or isolated by water in streets. Rural flood plain areas
near Guthrie and downstream to the Cimarron River could be covered
by depths up to a foot or more.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data. At 1:00 PM CDT Saturday
the stage was estimated at 16.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Cottonwood Creek is expected to rise to a
crest of 20.8 feet just after midnight tonight.
