If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an 
alternative route.

* WHERE...Cimarron River near Ames.

* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Some inundation of low-lying, rural areas 
  along the river may occur from near Orienta in Major County...
   downstream to areas along the Cimarron River in extreme 
  northeastern Blaine County... and near the State Highway 51 bridge 
  crossing in Kingfisher County.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
    of 9.4 feet this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
