* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
  North central Jeff Davis County in southwestern Texas...
  Southeastern Culberson County in southwestern Texas...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 235 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southeast
  of Kent, moving north at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Reeves, north central Jeff Davis and southeastern
  Culberson Counties.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 between mile markers 181 and 197.
 Interstate 20 between mile markers 0 and 5.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

FOR SOUTHWESTERN REEVES...NORTH CENTRAL JEFF DAVIS AND SOUTHEASTERN
CULBERSON COUNTIES...

At 301 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles east of
Kent, moving north at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Reeves, north central Jeff Davis and southeastern
Culberson Counties.

CENTRAL JEFF DAVIS AND SOUTHEASTERN CULBERSON COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT
315 PM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
