  Northern Moore County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Northeastern Hartley County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 522 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 miles west of Conlen to 4 miles east of Hartley,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Blowing dust and reduced visibilities are likely. Minor 
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dumas, Dalhart, Stratford, Hartley, Cactus, Sunray, and Conlen.
