EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
An Arctic cold front arrives Friday night and will bring another
round of dangerous cold to the region into Saturday morning. With
north winds gusting 20 to 30 mph, wind chills between zero near
the Red River and 10 below near the Kansas and Missouri borders
are expected. The cold will be short-lived, however, with a
warmup expected early next week.

DISCUSSION...
Hazardous weather is not expected through tonight. However, a
passing cold front this afternoon will cause breezy north winds
into this evening, with temperatures steadily falling into Friday
morning. Wind chill values overnight tonight are expected to dip
into the single digits.

A strong cold front will bring gusty north winds and dangerous
wind chill values Friday night into Saturday. Wind chill values
below zero are expected for most locations. A Cold Weather
Advisory will go into effect for all counties from midnight to
noon on Saturday.
