* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Clay County in northwestern Minnesota...

* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 822 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Sabin, or 10 miles southeast of Fargo, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Moorhead, Dilworth, Hawley, Glyndon, Ulen, Sabin, and Hitterdal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

was located over Buffalo River, or 14 miles east of Fargo, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and two inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
