THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow 
  accumulations between 4 and 10 inches. For the Blizzard Warning, 
  blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 
  and 4 feet. Wind gusts will peak around 50 mph Wednesday evening 
  and Wednesday night.

* WHERE...Holden Village and Stevens Pass.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For 
  the Blizzard Warning, from 5 PM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 
  blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds could 
  cause tree damage Wednesday evening and Wednesday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get 
stranded, stay with your vehicle. For the latest travel information 
in Washington, go to https://wsdot.wa.gov/travel

If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution and be 
prepared for sudden changes in visibility. Leave plenty of room 
between you and the motorist ahead of you, and allow extra time to
