  blowing snow expected in open country. Total snow accumulations up 
  2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west 
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing 
  snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make 
  travel dangerous, especially in open country. The hazardous
