* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, southeast, 
  southern, and southwest Oklahoma and northern Texas.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Roads and bridges may become slick where 
  temperatures remain at or below freezing on Saturday morning.
