Warning for strong winds and low relatively humidity, which is in
effect from noon to 7 PM CST Friday. The Fire Weather Watch is no
longer in effect.

* WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...In the lower 40s.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...
