  Southeastern Lipscomb County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  North central Hemphill County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 512 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Glazier, or
  12 miles south of Lipscomb, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Higgins and Glazier.
