extending from 4 miles south of Sentinel to 3 miles southeast of
Duke to 9 miles north of Goodlett, moving east at 25 mph.

extending from 4 miles northwest of Gotebo to near Altus Air Force
Base to near Eldorado, moving east at 25 mph.
