The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 808 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
  were located along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of
  Milton to near Millsboro, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Henlopen Acres, Long Neck, and Dewey Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

were located along a line extending from near Henlopen Acres to near
Millville, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage

At 822 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located over Indian River Bay, or 16 miles east of Georgetown, 
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Henlopen Acres, Long Neck, Ocean View, Indian River Inlet, Rehoboth 
Beach, and Dewey Beach.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area 
offshore. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However heavy 
rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for southern
Delaware.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Mount Holly NJ.
