The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 445 PM EDT.

* At 416 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Dover, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dover, Dover Speedway, Dover Base Housing, Little Creek, Leipsic,
  Kent Acres, and Rodney Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

NORTHEASTERN KENT COUNTY...

At 424 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Dover Base Housing, or near Dover, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

445 PM EDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area over 
Delaware Bay. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for central
Delaware.
