The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Southwestern Carroll County in east central Ohio...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 734 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles west of Carrollton, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Bowerston, Dellroy, Sherrodsville, Leesville, Leesville Lake Park
and Atwood Lake.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.

was located 5 miles west of Carrollton, moving southeast at 20 mph.
