West Central Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
Southeastern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 735 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near New Castle, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Prospect, Portersville, McConnells Mill, Rose Point Park and
Moraine State Park.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.

BUTLER AND SOUTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES...
At 746 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles northeast of Ellwood City, or 9 miles southeast
of New Castle, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
