The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Iroquois County in east central Illinois...

* Until 215 AM CDT.

* At 127 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Ashkum, or near Gilman, moving southeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Watseka around 145 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR CENTRAL IROQUOIS COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been 
cancelled. However, damaging winds remain likely and a Severe 
Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area until 315 AM CDT.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
east central Illinois.
