Monday afternoon and evening will feature the worst conditions, with the strongest winds gusting to 50 mph and heaviest snowfall rates around 1 inch per hour. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult if not impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Conditions will begin deteriorating around the tail end of the Monday morning commute, and extremely dangerous conditions are expected for the Monday evening commute.
