ENTIRE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES...

The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for breezy winds and low relative humidity, which
is in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

* WINDS...North 35.0 to 45.0 mph with gusts up to 65.0 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread
  very rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...
