  North Central Lincoln County in east central Colorado...
  Southwestern Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 530 PM MDT.

* At 452 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles south of Last Chance, or 26 miles north of
  Limon, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of North Central Lincoln and Southwestern
  Washington Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
