  Central Washtenaw County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 215 AM EDT.

* At 130 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Chelsea, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter around 135 AM EDT.
  Whitmore Lake around 140 AM EDT.
  Ypsilanti and Dixboro around 145 AM EDT.
  Salem around 150 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Hudson
Mills, Delhi Mills, Barton Hills, Lyndon Township, and Hudson Mills
Metropark.

This includes the following highways...
 I-94 between mile markers 155 and 187.
 M-14 between mile markers 1 and 15.
 US-23 between mile markers 35 and 50.
