  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 645 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Elsmere, or over Wilmington, moving northeast at
  35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wilmington, Chester, Carneys Point, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Penns
  Grove, Swedesboro, Newport, Arden, Talleyville, Chelsea, Beckett,
  Greenville, Nether Providence Township, Chester Township,

  Brookhaven.

At 650 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Wilmington, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Chester, Carneys Point, Swarthmore, Penns Grove,
Swedesboro, Arden, Talleyville, Chelsea, Beckett, Nether Providence

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for northern
Delaware...southern New Jersey...and southeastern Pennsylvania.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
