* Until 1100 PM EDT.
* At 1026 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Ramey, or 7 miles west of Morehead, moving
east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL ROWAN AND NORTHWESTERN
ELLIOTT COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1100 PM EDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for east central
Kentucky.
To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
JACKSON KY.
Remember, a Tornado Warning still remains in effect for Elliott
County until 11:15 PM EDT.
