* At 500 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Easton, or 8 miles east of Havana, moving
  northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near Easton, or 10 miles east of Havana, moving northeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...At 5:03 pm, weather spotters reported a rotating wall cloud.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Manito around 520 PM CDT.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.  At 5:12 pm, trained weather 
         spotters reported a large funnel cloud over Forest City.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Manito around 520 PM CDT.
  Green Valley around 530 PM CDT.
