The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  South central Comanche County in southwestern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* Until 815 AM CDT.

* At 759 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located
  along a line extending from near Faxon to 7 miles east of
  Chattanooga to 9 miles northwest of Cookietown, moving east at 35
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Southern Lawton, Geronimo, and Faxon.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 22 and 33.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter, safe room or an interior
room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you
are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest
substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
