Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma,
Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Kingfisher, McClain and Oklahoma. In
northwest Oklahoma, Blaine and Dewey. In southwest Oklahoma,
Caddo. In western Oklahoma, Beckham, Custer, Roger Mills and
Washita.
* WHEN...Until 3 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
