* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Creek, Tulsa and Wagoner.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1030 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1230 AM CDT early this morning for
a portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Creek, Tulsa and Wagoner.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
