* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Deaf Smith County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Southeastern Oldham County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Southwestern Potter County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Northwestern Randall County in the panhandle of Texas...

* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 342 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
