* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Deaf Smith County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Southern Moore County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Central Potter County in the panhandle of Texas...
  Northwestern Randall County in the panhandle of Texas...

* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 411 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
    advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Amarillo and Bushland.
