* At 929 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Goodwater, or 9 miles southwest of Quitman, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Quitman and De Soto around 935 AM CST.
  Sykes around 950 AM CST.
  Crandall around 955 AM CST.
