  Northern Clinton County in south central Michigan...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 1100 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Carson City, or 13 miles southeast of
  Stanton, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Elsie.

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
