  Northwestern Jefferson Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 614 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Luling, or near Hahnville, moving northeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hahnville, Avondale, Metairie, Jefferson, Harahan, Westwego,
  Elmwood, Luling, Bridge City, River Ridge, Boutte, Ama, Destrehan,
  Waggaman, New Sarpy, St. Rose, Norco, and New Orleans Armstrong
  Airport.

was located over Ama, or near Avondale, moving northeast at 25 mph.
